I ordered this for our bedroom remodel. As with all ceiling fans I had to install a stronger brace to support the weight.Pass & Seymour 22200 Retrofit Reiker Fan Brace with 25-Cubic-Inch Electrical Box The included bracket comes with a loop and the top of the fan motor has a hook. so the fan can be wired without constantly supporting it with your third hand. That sure makes for a quick install. I ended up getting a Hunter remote/module with it so I can turn the light off from bed.
