I installed the Beacon Hill fan on our 10' high dining room ceiling with an 18" downrod, replacing an existing chandelier. Installation is relatively easy for anyone with some basic skills and the little tab that is used to temporarily hang the fan while connecting the wires is a big plus. Only minor problem was trying to jam all the wires & connectors into the light fitter housing - it's a tight squeeze. Since there was only a 2-wire feed to the old chandelier, I installed a Nutone Maestro MA-LFQHW remote RF wall control and everything works great.See all 2 customer reviews...
