The fan works and looks great but there was a problem with it when we installed it. Fortunately, my husband knew that when the fan is installed the blades need to move freely without power and that wasn't happening. If you run it while the blades are locked up you can burn out the motor.He had to take the unit apart and found a clip improperly installed in the motor. He was able to repair it and reassemble the fan and now it works fine. It is very quiet during operation.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
