Pro's: (1) Very well written installation guide, with excellent drawings to guide the process.(2) Good looking fixture -- not your typical bathroom fan. Better looking then anything available at Home Depot.(3) Includes a night light!Con's:(1) Uses 2 smaller A15 bulbs instead of typical A19 household bulbs. Necessitated a trip to Home Depot to pick up these specialty bulbs.(2) Night Light doesn't seem to work. Tried more then one bulb. Could be a wiring issue but, since the fan and main a15 bulbs work I don't think it is a problem with the way I wired it. Also, the night lite does not include a sensor so once it does work, I assume it will always ... This exhaust fan is UL Approved for
